People. Places. Health. Sport.
For more than a decade, my work has centred on communicating ideas — across communities, health, sport and the built environment.
Different subjects. Different audiences. What connects them is curiosity — wanting to understand something, then finding a way to share it.
People.
I've always been curious about what people know — the stories, skills and ideas you only discover by asking. Whether it's how argan oil is made, what makes a white camel so rare, or how a new idea comes to life, I like finding the people who know more than I do and starting a conversation.

Places.
I've always been drawn to places that make me want to look a little closer. A mountain at sunset, a city beneath a city, a coastline worth sketching or a street with no obvious destination. For me, exploring somewhere new has always been less about seeing everything and more about noticing something.

Health.
My interest in health has always been grounded in making complex information feel practical and relevant to everyday life. From nutrition education and live seminars to podcasts and on-camera content, I've explored different ways of turning health knowledge into something people can understand, engage with and use.

Sport.
Over the past five years, my work has taken me into the world of sport — exploring how venues, environments and experiences can better serve the people who use them. From major sporting venues to community facilities, I've learned how to communicate complex ideas clearly — whether around a table or in front of a room.
